Price
The campaign budget you set. It includes our service fee, calculated progressively on the gross budget: 20% up to $2,000, 15% for the portion between $2,000 and $10,000, 10% above $10,000. The exact amounts are displayed before purchase.
Charges other than the price
Internet connection charges are borne by the customer. Taxes are added where required by law.
Payment method and timing
Credit/debit card via Stripe. The budget is charged in installments: an initial charge when the campaign is published, then automatically as delivery progresses.
Delivery of the service
Ad generation begins immediately after campaign creation; delivery begins after you approve creatives (or automatically if auto-approval is enabled).
Cancellation and refunds
Campaigns can be paused or stopped at any time. Uncharged amounts are never billed. Charged but undelivered ad budget is refunded on request; the service fee for generation and operations already performed is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
